How long will it take for my order to ship?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link when your order ships.
Delivery times vary depending on carrier. During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive.
Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.
If you reject the goods we sent, or do not take the necessary steps to retrieve your goods after we try to send them to the address you specify, you will bear the original freight, any import charges incurred on the package and return the package. The amount will be deducted from your product refund.
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers;
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
